With its great lemon flavour, these farfalle enliven your pasta sauces with a lot of freshness and a unique taste. They are excellent as a side dish with fish, or as a main course with a fine salmon sauce.
The raw materials of this “Farfalle al Limone” are cultivated in the highlands of “Murgia” and the plains of “Apulia” and are not treated with pesticides.
The pressing is done in bronze and the drying is done slowly at a temperature of 37/38 degrees. This results in this wonderful pasta with its rough surface, which almost maintains its protein content during cooking and increases in volume.
