Rigatoni with artichokes pesto

Modena Estense Rigatoni 400g
1 fresh tomato
1 glas of Modena Estense artichokes 280g
Modena Estense Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Italian
1 clove of garlic
Parmesan
Salt
Put the rigatoni in boiling water and add coarse salt.


Clean the fresh tomato, peel and dice. Puree the tomato with the artichokes, olive oil, finely chopped garlic and parmesan until the mixture is smooth.

Then serve with the prepared pesto and enjoy it.
