The typical Italian “tagliatelle all’uovo”, consisting of high-quality durum wheat semolina from Italy, soaks up the spicy sauces perfectly and gives your dish a heavenly creaminess.
The pasta is characterised by fine taste and a short cooking time. Visually, the pasta nests impress with their intense golden yellow colour, which is achieved by the high egg content.
The durum wheat semolina is made into a smooth dough with fresh eggs without the addition of water. This is extruded through bronze dies, which give them their shape and create the rough surface. The nests are then dried at a low temperature for at least 18 hours and packaged for enjoyment.
