Description
Fusilli means “spindle” from the Italian “fuso”. Whether as a main course, as a side dish or in a pasta salad – these well-known spiral pasta always fit. The fusilli are particularly characterized by the fact that they are made from organic durum wheat semolina and are also vegan. After about 10 minutes of cooking time, the pasta is “al dente” and can be served with our sauces and antipasti, for example. Thanks to the pressing of the dough by bronze Trafilen, the sauce adheres better to the pasta. Supplemented by the gentle drying at low temperatures, the excellent quality results.
