Penne comes from the Italian “Penna” and means feather, as the ends resemble those of a writing quill.
But before we start writing with sauce here, let’s list a few more advantages of this pasta:
The penne is not only produced directly in Italy, but is also organic and vegan.
A combination with our sauces and antipasti is best recommended. The penne is “al dente” after about 10 minutes of cooking time.
Thanks to the pressing of the dough by bronze Trafiles, the sauce sticks better to the pasta.
Complemented by the gentle drying process with low temperatures result in excellent quality.
