„Fettuccine all’uovo” are made from high-quality durum wheat semolina according to old tradition from the Italian region of “Marche”. The pasta is characterized by its fine taste and short cooking time.
The high-quality pasta tastes best with our delicious sughi such as the spicy “Sugo all’Arrabbiata” or the delicate “Wild Boar Sugo”.
The durum wheat semolina is made into a smooth dough with fresh eggs without the addition of water. This is pressed through bronze dies, which give them their shape and create the rough surface. The nests are then dried at a low temperature for at least 18 hours.
