Risotto ai “Funghi Porcini”

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 91%, porcini mushrooms 4% (Boletus Edulis and its group), vegetable broth: (salt, vegetable broth extract, rice flour, dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, tomato, leek), aromatic herbs, spices), onion, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: In a pan, with a little olive oil add an onion and a clove of garlic. Cook on a low flame for one minute then add 200g of rice and gently stir until all the grains are coated in oil. Let it rest for a two minutes then add ½ glass of white wine and cook gently until the wine has been absorbed. Add 700 ml of vegetable stock and stir until all the liquid has been absorbed. Add some grated Parmesan and a knob of butter.
